AMD R7 7700X

AMD Ryzen 7 7700X är en snabb high-end stationär processor i Raphael-serien. Den erbjuder 8 kärnor baserade på Zen 4-arkitekturen som stöder hyperthreading (16 trådar). Kärnorna klockar från 4,5 (bas) upp till 5,4 GHz (single core boost). Jämfört med de snabbare Ryzen 9-processorerna (som 7900X), erbjuder R7 färre kärnor och något lägre klockhastigheter.

Prestandan hos R7 7700X är klart bättre än den gamla Ryzen 7 från 5000-generationen tack vare den förbättrade arkitekturen och den moderna 5nm-processen. Jämfört med Intels Alder Lake Core i7-12900K är prestandan ganska likartad men stannar bakom den nyare Rocket Lake i5-13600K (multitrådad).

Raphael-serien använder fortfarande en chiplet-design med två CCD-kluster (vart och ett med 8 möjliga kärnor, så endast en används för 7700X) i 5nm och en IO-die (inklusive minneskontrollern och Radeon Graphics iGPU) i 6nm.
