Intel i5-11300H

Intel Core i5-11300H är en SoC i mellansegmentet för tunna och lätta bärbara datorer för spel och mobila arbetsstationer. Den är baserad på Tiger Lake H35-generationen och tillkännagavs i början av 2021. Den integrerar fyra Willow Cove-processorkärnor (8 trådar tack vare HyperThreading). Basklockfrekvensen beror på TDP-inställningen och kan variera från 2,6 (28 W TDP) till 3,1 GHz (35 W). Ökningen av en enda och två kärnor under belastning kan nå upp till 4,4 GHz. Alla fyra kärnor kan nå upp till 4 GHz. L3-cachen är reducerad till 8 MB jämfört med 12 MB i de högre i7-modellerna.

Prestandan bör vara något högre än den liknande specificerade Core i5-1145G7 (12 - 28 W och lägre bashastighet). Jämfört med den gamla Core i5-10300H (Comet Lake) bör 11300H vara något snabbare tack vare den nya CPU-arkitekturen.

SoC:n innehöll även det förbättrade Xe-grafikkortet med 80 CU:er som är klockade med upp till 1300 MHz.

Vidare lägger Tiger Lake SoC:erna till PCIe 4-stöd (fyra körfält), AI-hårdvaruacceleration och delvis integrering av Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 och Wi-Fi 6 i chipet.

Chippet tillverkas i den förbättrade 10nm-processen (kallad 10nm SuperFin) hos Intel, som ska vara jämförbar med 7nm-processen hos TSMC (t.ex. Ryzen 4000-serien).
