Intel i9-11900H

Intel Core i9-11900H är en högklassig oktakärnig SoC för bärbara datorer för spel och mobila arbetsstationer. Den är baserad på Tiger Lake H45-generationen och tillkännagavs i mitten av 2021. Den integrerar åtta Willow Cove-processorkärnor (16 trådar tack vare HyperThreading). Basklockfrekvensen beror på TDP-inställningen och vid 45 Watt ligger den på 2,5 GHz. Boosthastigheten för en enda kärna kan nå upp till 4,9 GHz, alla kärnor kan nå upp till 4,5 GHz. Processorn erbjuder 24 MB nivå 3-cache och stöder DDR4-3200-minne. 

Tack vare den nya Tiger Lake-arkitekturen bör i9-11900H vara liknande eller snabbare än den gamla Intel Core i9-10885H (Comet Lake-H, 2,4 - 5,3 GHz, 16 MB L3) i enkel- och flergångsprestanda och liknande Ryzen 9 5800H (Zen 3, 3,2 - 4,4 GHz, 16 MB L3). Därför bör i9 vara en av de snabbaste processorerna för bärbara datorer år 2021 och väl lämpad även för mycket krävande uppgifter.

SoC:n innehöll också det förbättrade Xe-grafikkortet som kallas UHD-grafik med alla 32 EU:er.

Dessutom lägger Tiger Lake SoC:er till PCIe 4-stöd (20 körfält i H45-serien), AI-hårdvaruacceleration och delvis integrering av Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 och Wi-Fi 6E i chipet.

Chippet tillverkas i den förbättrade 10nm-processen (kallad 10nm SuperFin) hos Intel, som ska vara jämförbar med 7nm-processen hos TSMC (t.ex. Ryzen 4000-serien). Standard-TDP är beräknad till 45 W vid 2,5 GHz bashastighet, vid 35 Watt sjunker basklockhastigheten till 2,1 GHz (cTDP nedåt).
