HiSilicon Kirin 9020 är en SoC som kan användas i smartphones och surfplattor baserade på Android och installerades först i Huawei Mate X6.

Huawei avslöjar inte någon information om SoC. Den lilla information som finns tillgänglig kommer från benchmarks och systemanalysverktyg. Alla är överens om att processorn består av tre kluster med totalt 12 kärnor, precis som i föregångaren, men att den inte längre förlitar sig på klassiska ARM Cortex-modeller utan bara på HiSilicons egna.

Det energisparande klustret har fyra kärnor (HiSilicon 0x0D23) som var och en arbetar i upp till 1 600 MHz, medan ytterligare sex kärnor använder ospecificerade HiSilicon-kärnor (0x0D46) och klockar i upp till 2 151 MHz. Det tredje klustret innehåller två HiSilicon-kärnor (0x0D05), var och en med en maximal klockfrekvens på 2.500 MHz. Enkelkärnsprestandan är på motsvarande sätt blandad, men flerkärnsprestandan är på samma nivå som en high-end SoC från 2022 som Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 på grund av de många kärnorna.

En Maleoon 920 är integrerad som grafikenhet. Inget konkret är känt om tillverkningsprocessen eller arkitekturen. SoC:en kommer troligen att tillverkas i 7 nm hos SMIC (7N+2 enligt TechInsights).
