Mediatek Dimensity 7020

Mediatek Dimensity 7020 är en snabb mellanklass-SoC med ett integrerat 5G-modem. Den innehåller två snabba ARM Cortex-A78-kärnor på upp till 2,2 GHz och sex strömsnåla Cortex-A55-kärnor på upp till 2 GHz (Octa-Core med Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Dessutom har chipet en integreradIMG BXM-8-256 GPUett Wi-Fi 5-modem, en LPDDR5/LPDDR4X-minneskontroller, en AI-processor samt videoavkodning och -kodning.

5G-modemet har stöd för NR 2CC och mixed duplex (TDD/FDD) samt dubbla SIM-kort. Nedladdningshastigheterna kan nå upp till 2,77 Gbit/s.

Jämfört med Dimensity 930erbjuder 7020 samma specifikationer och verkar vara ett nytt varumärke.

Dimensity 930 och 7020 tillverkas i den moderna 6nm-processen och bör vara mycket strömsnåla.
