Mediatek Dimensity 7200

MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra som presenterades under Q1/2023 är en ARM-baserad SoC (system-on-a-chip) som tillverkas med TSMC 4 nm-processen. Den är speciellt utformad för användning i Android smartphones och ligger i mellanklassen när det gäller prestanda. MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra är positionerad som en direkt konkurrent till Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.

MediaTek-processorn arbetar med totalt åtta kärnor, som är uppdelade i två kluster. Det första klustret innehåller 2 ARM Cortex-A715-prestandakärnor som arbetar med upp till 2,8 GHz. Det andra klustret innehåller 6 ARM Cortex-A510 energibesparande kärnor med 2 GHz. LPDDR5 RAM kan användas som RAM-minne och UFS 3.1 stöds som internminne.

MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra stöder alla aktuella mobilkommunikationsstandarder inklusive dubbla 5G SA med en teoretisk maximal nedladdningshastighet på upp till 4,7 GBit/s. WiFi 6E och Bluetooth 5.3 stöds också.

Mediatek Dimensity 7200-Ultra är en variant av den i övrigt identiska Mediatek Dimensity 7200 som har anpassats speciellt för Xiaomi och har förbättringar av kamerans ISP. En Imagiq 765-bildprocessor och en 14-bitars HDR ISP ansvarar för bearbetningen av kameradata och kan styra kameror med en upplösning på upp till 200 MP. Videoinspelningar stöds med upp till 4K vid 30 fps.

Den integrerade grafikenheten Arm Mali-G610 MC4 stöder bildskärmar med FullHD+-upplösning och en uppdateringsfrekvens på upp till 144 Hz.
