Mediatek Dimensity 7300

MediaTek Dimensity 7300 är en ARM-baserad mellanklass-SoC för (mestadels Android -baserade) smartphones. Den integrerade processorn är uppdelad i två kluster med fyra större ARM Cortex-A78-kärnor med upp till 2,5 GHz klockfrekvens och ett effektivitetskluster med fyra ARM Cortex-A55-kärnor med upp till 2 GHz.

Förutom den integrerade ARM Mali-G615 MC2 iGPU:n har 7300 även en MediaTek APU 655 för AI-uppgifter. Dessutom är ett 5G multimodemodem installerat (2G - 5G) med upp till 3,27 Gbps nedladdningshastighet. Förutom Wi-Fi 6E stöds också Bluetooth 5.4.

Chippet är tillverkat med den moderna 4nm-processen och uppges förbruka 25% mindre ström jämfört med den äldre Dimensity 7050.
