Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Även om många ogillar att Apple lanserat en stor surfplatta med stylus är den riktigt bekväm. De uppfann verkligen inte storleksklassen, men återigen har de lyckats integrera en högkvalitativ produkt i sitt ekosystem.

Det bästa med iPad Pro är dess utmärkta 12,9-tumsskärm. Byggkvaliteten är mycket bra och plattan är bekvämt tunn. Däremot innebär den jämförelsevis höga vikten (på grund av storleken) att den inte är behaglig att använda under längre perioder. Apple Pencil är en utmärkt pekpenna, men det finns inget enkelt sätt att lagra den och batteritiden är ganska kort. Å andra sidan är processorn extremt snabb, batteritiden är bra och högtalarna är oöverträffade i segmentet.

Skärmen skulle behöva optimeras i iOS. LTE-modemet stödjer bara LTE Cat. 4 – vi hade förväntat oss en mer modern standard i den här prisklassen. IPad Pro kan hantera flera UHD-videor samtidigt rent tekniskt, men surfplattan når snabbt sina gränser när du vill använda den professionellt på grund av den låga lagringskapaciteten, de begränsade multitasking-möjligheterna och avsaknaden av x86-program, så den kan inte bli en fullfjädrad bärbar dator. 

Laddningstiderna är också extremt långa, vilket främst beror på den klena strömadaptern. Den senare kan också bli mycket varm, vilket resulterar i ett litet poängavdrag.
