G752VS-BA338T är den senaste Kaby Lake-modellen i Asus 17-tums laptopserie, men den nya Core i7-7700HQ-processorn är inte mycket snabbare än Skylake-modellerna. Däremot resulterar Kaby Lake-processorn i längre batteritider tack vare förbättrad effektivitet.
CPU/GPU-kombinationen kan hantera alla nyare spel i Full HD-upplösning med hög upp till maximal detaljrikedom. Nvidias G-Sync-teknik garanterar bra flyt i bilden på 120 Hz-skärmen i Full HD, och grafikkortet har tillräckligt prestandautrymme även för högre upplösning (på en extern bildskärm).
Ljudnivån från fläktarna är inte så farlig trots den kraftfulla hårdvaran och detsamma gäller temperaturutvecklingen. Asus har också utrustat datorn med en snabb NVMe-SSD och har en ledig plats över för en andra NVMe-SSD. En vanlig 2,5-tums hårddisk ingår också. Det är inga problem att byta ut enheterna tack vare underhållspanelen.
