Cubot J3 Pro är definitivt värd de 300 extra kronorna som den kostar jämfört med J3. Den är bättre än sitt mindre syskon på nästan alla sätt och har heller inga större brister. Dessutom behåller den de saker som var bra med J3 såsom ett utbytbart batteri och dedikerade platser för dual-SIM och microSD.
Cubot J3 Pro är en välutrustad budgettelefon med en del kompromisser som är typiska för enheter i det här prisskiktet.
Enheten vi recenserar är således en mycket mer välavrundad och genomtänkt enhet än sitt mindre syskon även om den har ett antal brister som är typiska för billiga smartphones. Skärmen kunde haft bättre färgprecision, till exempel, och monohögtalaren är inte direkt något att skryta med. Den har också högre yttemperatur än många mittenskiktsenheter och kanske allra viktigast: dess SoC och RAM på 1 GB är märkbart underdimensionerade. Vi gillade heller inte plasthöljet och den inexakta GPS-modulen.
Om du kan leva med alla dessa begränsningar så är Cubot J3 Pro en skaplig smartphone för sitt pris. Du får dessutom några trevligheter som en fingeravtrycksläsare och dubbla bakåtriktade kameror, vilket inte alltid är fallet med billiga smartphones.
