Latitude 7410 är en gedigen snäckskalsmodell för företaget, utan krusiduller. Chassit och gångjärnen känns starkare än vad Lenovo och HP har att erbjuda i den här storlekskategorin, vilket ger ett bättre första intryck. Vi kan tänka oss att den kommer att hålla i åratal utan problem i en vanlig kontorsmiljö.
Systemets största brist är att det kanske är lite för enkelt för sitt pris och sin vikt. I egenskap av kontorslaptop kunde den definitivt ha behövt några fler extrafunktioner för att bättre passa sin målgrupp. Som exempel kommer Lenovo X1 Carbon- och EliteBook-serien med en TrackPoint och dedikerade knappar för videokonferenser. Dessutom är båda märkbart lättare än Dells motsvarighet. Om du vill ha Latitude 7410 byter du några funktioner mot ett tyngre och starkare chassi.
Processorn och grafikkortet är dessutom lite av en besvikelse, vilket begränsar systemet till vanlig lätt kontorsarbete. Prestandan per krona är inte dess starka sida, särskilt inte med tanke på att förra årets Core i7-8665U kan köras precis lika snabbt som Core i7-10610U. Alternativ som nya Lenovo ThinkBook 14 erbjuder alternativ för Ryzen 4000U, för den som kräver ännu mer kraft.
Om du inte har något emot en aning tjockare och tyngre profil är robusta Dell Latitude 7410 en pålitlig affärskollega utan krusiduller som är gjord för att hålla.
