Ecoo Focus E01 levererar på sitt löfte om en imponerande skärm från LG på 5,2-tum med 1080p-upplösning, för bara $150. Skärmen är också mycket ljusstark - ljusare än många andra 5-tumslurar som är dyrare än Ecoo. Det här är naturligtvis enhetens höjdpunkt och tillfredsställer köpare som vill ha en stor och ljusstark FullHD-skärm så billigt som möjligt.

Naturligtvis har man sparat in på andra saker, inklusive de medelmåttiga kamerorna, genomsnittlig batteritid, brist på 4G och begränsad intern lagring. Mobilens klena prestanda är kanske det värsta, eftersom den inte gör 1080p-skärmen rättvisa. Förhoppningsvis kommer den utlovade KitKit-uppdateringen att åtgärda vissa problem med t.ex. fördröjd inmatning.

Det positiva uppväger ändå det negativa och vi uppskattar alltid löstagbara batterier, microSD-stöd och dubbla SIM-kortplatser. För att vara en stor och billig smartphone gör Focus E01 ett gott intryck.
