Tack vare dess kraftiga hårdvara klarar den tunna och eleganta Aero 15X att köra alla aktuella spel smidigt med höga eller till och med maximalt med detaljer på sin matta FHD-skärm.
Trots den kraftfulla hårdvaran är batteritiden förvånansvärt skaplig.
Även om Aero 15X i huvudsak är en multimedia/spellaptop har Gigabyte inte glömt vardagsanvändningen. Utrustad med ett skapligt tangentbord är datorn kapabel till ljudlös körning och den visade sig vara förvånansvärt portabel tack vare sitt högkapacitetsbatteri som lyckades hålla laptopen igång i 8:11 timmar i vårt verklighetsbaserade Wi-Fi test.
Totalt sett är systemprestandan väldigt snabb tack vare enhetens användar-utbytbara NVMe-SSD. Ytterligare lagringsutrymme kan installeras i en andra M.2-plats, men det finns dock inte tillräckligt med utrymme för en 2.5-tums hårddisk. Den matta FHD-skärmen erbjuder hyfsade betraktningsvinklar, tillräcklig ljusstyrka och en väldigt bra kontrastratio. Tyvärr är responstiden lite på den långsamma sidan och kunde ha varit aningen snabbare.
