HP Omen 15 förblir en gedigen spellaptop. Modellen dc1303ng behåller sin föregångares styrkor samtidigt som den har betydligt mer kraft under huven. Den håller sig också jämförelsevis tyst vid belastning, vilket alltid är trevligt. Den är relativt enkel att uppgradera eller laga, då det bland annat gåra att byta ut RAM, lagring och WiFi-kort. Men en del personer kan nog tycka att det är en aning svårt att ta bort bottenplattan.
HP Omen 15-dc1303ng är riktigt prisvärd, med kraftfull hårdvara som använder 144 Hz-skärmen med 1080p-upplösning väl. Dåligt kontrastförhållande och svag batteritid förtar dock helhetsupplevelsen en aning.
Omen 15 har förvånansvärt dålig batteritid, särskilt med tanke på att HP har inkluderat ett batteri på 70 Wh. Vi uppskattar förvisso att HP har valt att använda en PWM-fri 144 Hz-panel, men det låga kontrastförhållandet och de höga nivåerna av svärta var en besvikelse.
För att sammanfatta så är HP Omen 15-dc1303ng en spellaptop designad för den som endast planerar att spela med ett nätuttag i närheten eller med enheten ansluten till en extern monitor. Ett RTX 2070 Max-Q och sex kärnor för 20.000 kronor är dock fortfarande prisvärt.
