Huawei P30 Pro är en av de flaggskeppsmodeller andra kommer att sträva efter under 2019. Enheten har en modern design som stöds av utmärkt hårdvara. En Kirin 980 SoC ger systemet massor av kraft även om den vid jämförelse får kämpa i en del spel som "PUBG Mobile". 8 GB RAM och 128 GB intern lagring bör dessutom göra de flesta användare nöjda. Vi uppskattade att Huawei inkluderat möjligheten att lägga till extra lagring, även om detta kräver deras propretiära nano-minneskortsformat.
Huawei har heller inte sparat in på detaljerna. P30 Pro är certifierad mot vatten och damm enligt IP68 samtidigt som den trådlöst kan ladda andra enheter precis som Mate 20 Pro och Galaxy S10-serien kan. Generellt sett delar P30 Pro många av sina funktioner med Mate 20 Pro, men den saknar 3D-ansiktsigenkänningen som den tidigare enheten hade.
Den fyrdubbla Leica-kameran är showens stjärna, men Huawei P30 Pro utmärker sig också på andra områden och erbjuder en tilltalande flaggskeppsupplevelse. Vi hoppas dock att Huawei förbättrar videoprestandan, då den för tillfället inte gör den tekniskt överlägsna optiken rättvisa.
P30 Pro har kameror som är vida överlägsna de som Huawei utrustade föregångaren med. P30 Pro utmärker sig i situationer med lite ljus och fångar detaljer som ögat har svårt att uppfatta. Den levererar också klassledande zoom-foton som ligger flera mil framför konkurrenterna. Men kamerorna har sina brister. Vitbalansen var genomgående för röd i våra tester och videoförmågan lämnade en del att önska. Vi hoppas att Huawei kan åtgärda detta i en kommande uppdatering, men en smartphone för 10.000 kronor bör kunna spela in Ultra HD i 60 FPS redan vid leverans, vilket P30 Pro för tillfället inte kan.
För att sammanfatta så är Huawei P30 Pro en utmärkt smartphone om du är beredd på att spendera en del pengar. Den kommer dock inte göra dig besviken om du väljer att göra detta och den har dessutom utmärkta kameror och en batteritid som matchar priset.
