Omdöme - T14 är också bättre med en AMD APU

I likhet med många andra ThinkPad-modeller lämnade T14 ett bättre intryck i vår recension när den var utrustad med en AMD-processor istället för Intels motsvarighet. Batteritiden var en aning sämre och Thunderbolt 3 saknas också, men du får däremot HDMI 2.0 och AMD:s APU är helt enkelt mycket mer kraftfull. Prestandaskillnaden hade varit ännu större om vår enhet hade kommit med minne med dubbla kanaler eller en snabbare Ryzen 7 Pro-processor. I vårt tycke gör det däremot inte särskilt mycket att AMD-varianten av ThinkPad T14 saknar den blanka 4K-skärmen.
ThinkPad T14 med en AMD-processor lämnade ett gott intryck i vår recension och hade mycket högre CPU- och GPU-prestanda trots ett lägre pris. Totalt sett är det en bättre allt-i-allo för kontoret.
AMD-modellen har två fördelar. Lenovo använder Pro-versionerna av AMD:s processorer, så du får utökade säkerhetsfunktioner. Dessa finns också på Intels chips men då får du betala extra för processorer med vPro-stöd. Sen har vi priset, för en jämförbar Intel-version av T14 kostar runt 3.000 kronor mer.
T14 med AMD får definitivt vår rekommendation, även om T14s med AMD är ett ännu bättre paket och förblir den bästa kontorsdatorn du kan köpa från Lenovo just nu.
