Lenovo har hittat en ganska bra plats på marknaden för Yoga C740-14. Den kostar flera tusen kronor mindre än Dell XPS 13 7390 2-in-1 och Asus ZenBook Flip 14 när den är utrustad med samma RAM och lagring samtidigt som den har en större skärm än HP Spectre x360 13. Men bäst av allt, Yoga C740 har samma högkvalitativa utseende och känsla som man förväntar sig från en flaggskeppsmodell trots att den kostar under 10.000 kronor. Det är ett bra mittemellan-alternativ om du inte behöver 4K, Thunderbolt 3 eller Ice Lake.
Den har ändå sin beskärda del av brister. En viss ojämn blödning från bakgrundsbelysningen, en relativt mörk skärm, dåligt kalibrerade färger vid leverans, svampiga tangentbordsknappar och fläktar som låter högfrekvent vid belastning gör att upplevelsen inte är så fulländad som den hade kunnat vara. Lenovo Yoga C740-14 är en av de bättre omvandlingsbara modellerna i mittenskiktet eftersom den ser ut och upplevs som ett dyrare alternativ utan att kosta lika mycket.
