Svaret på frågan om uppdateringen av Samsungs Galaxy J5 har varit framgångsrik är ja. Metallhöljet ger ett mycket högre kvalitetsintryck och ser mer modernt ut än föregångarens plasthölje.
Kameran på framsidan har uppgraderats med en fullfjädrad LED-blixt. Arbetsminnet och lagringskapaciteten har ökats, processorn är något snabbare och du får nu mer skärmyta till ditt förfogande. Gamla meriter som AMOLED-panelen och det utbytbara batteriet har behållits. Dessutom är batteritiden nu mycket bättre.
Galaxy J5 2016 är inte perfekt, men är en riktigt bra smartphone i den lägre mellanklassen. Tack vare den långa batteritiden, AMOLED-panelen och ett fräscht operativsystem bör alla som är på jakt efter en ny och prisvärd smartphone ha luren i åtanke.
Några detaljer kan dock kritiseras: Överföringshastigheterna via Wi-Fi var ovanligt låga, enheten är jämförelsevis tung och röstkvaliteten är inte imponerande. Högtalaren är inte heller imponerande och kamerans bilder ser ganska mörka och bleka ut.
Kan man leva med ovanstående nackdelar kan det inte bli fel med Samsungs Galaxy J5 årgång 2016. Det kan t.o.m. vara värt att uppgradera för ägare av föregångaren.
