Omdöme - Bra smartphone från Sony med en del svagheter

Sony Xperia 10 Plus lyckades bemästra vardagliga uppgifter utan problem i vår recension. Kameran lämpar sig perfekt för en bild då och då och designen är en helt annan värld jämfört med Sonys äldre fyrkantiga designer. När man håller den i handen blir det uppenbart att denna enhet på 6.5 tum ändå passar små händer tack vare sitt 21:9-bildförhållande. Utöver det uppskattade vi att kunna använda två nano SIM-kort och ett microSD-kort samtidigt samt det faktum att inget verktyg krävdes för att byta ut dessa.
Sony Xperia 10 Plus imponerar med sin breda skärm och många appar kan dra nytta av den extra ytan. Den har riktigt bra design och kvalitet - det är bara prestandan som är en besvikelse då den hamnar en aning efter konkurrenterna på den punkten.
Men en del användare kommer kanske inte uppskatta det ovanliga bildförhållandet som får det virtuella tangentbordet att vara för litet i porträttläge och för brett i landskapsläge. Även om en del appar och spel anpassar sig till det bredare formatet så får man leva med svarta kanter i appar som inte stödjer det. Hårdvaruspecifikationerna ligger i mittenskiktet; men prestandan ligger närmare botten jämfört med konkurrenterna i den här klassen. Trots detta är det en riktigt tilltalande telefon som inte behöver gömma sig på grund av sitt utseende.
