Xiaomi Redmi 5A är en kompakt enhet med ett oslagbart förhållande mellan pris och prestanda. Men den kan bara rekommenderas till den som inte behöver särskilt mycket kraft och i huvudsak kommer använda den för att ta en bild då och då eller för att sända meddelanden via WhatsApp. Med det sagt så levererar Redmi 5A tillräckligt med prestanda för att operativsystemet (Android 7.1) ska kännas smidigt.
Utöver fördelarna denna kompakta smartphone har finns det även några nackdelar. Skärmens kontrastförhållande och nivå av svärta är knappt uthärdliga och reflektioner gör det svårt att läsa av skärmens innehåll utomhus.
Xiaomi Redmi 5A är en gedigen smartphone som är väldigt lätt att hantera. Med en prislapp på under 1.000 kronor erbjuder den det bästa förhållandet mellan pris och prestanda i den här priskategorin.
