Xiaomi Redmi Go överraskar igen: Till ett riktigt lågt pris får man mer än man förväntar sig. Detta inkluderar högre prestanda, fler LTE-band och en bättre kamera än vad som är typiskt för den här klassen. Dessutom är chassit ganska stabilt och den har skaplig batteritid. Batteriet går dock inte att byta ut, vilket går på många andra billiga smartphones.
Det är synd att Xiaomi fyllde Googles smala Android Go med bloatware i form av en extra programstartare och förinstallerade appar: Med bara 8 GB internt minne räknas varje MB. Men det går ändå att utöka minnet på ett bekvämt sätt med ett microSD-kort, vilket till och med ger en trevlig respons. Dessutom går det att använda två SIM-kort samtidigt.
Xiaomi Redmi Go känns betydligt snabbare och mer prisvärd än priset antyder.
För att svara på vår ursprungliga fråga: Ja, det är en bingo - eller heter det bara bingo? Oavsett så sätter Xiaomi Redmi Go återigen en ny standard, till och med bland de billigaste telefonerna. Den som inte har så höga krav och kan tänka sig att omfamna den aningen oklara garantisituationen som råder i en del länder kommer att få mycket prestanda för pengarna.
