Det som började som en ambitiös idé slutade i besvikelse. Nokia 9 PureViews femdubbla kamera är definitivt inte speciell eller ens särskilt bra. Kamera-appen är dessutom långsam och oresponsiv, vilket ytterligare försämrar kamerans helhetsintryck.
Vi kan bara hoppas att HMD Global kommer att förbättra båda dessa saker med en mjukvaruuppdatering. Det är verkligen synd, för den innovativa idén att kombinera tre monokroma bilder med två RGB-foton har mycket potential. De häpnadsväckande bokeh-effekterna är ett levande bevis på det.
Nokia 9 PureView utnyttjar inte sin innovativa femdubbla kameradesign fullt ut. Således är det definitivt inte en av de bästa smartphone-kamerorna som finns att tillgå.
Om kamerans kvalitet är väldigt viktig för dig bör du leta någon annanstans. Xiaomis flaggskepp Mi 9 dyker upp i minnet och den råkar dessutom vara en hel del billigare.
Nokia 9 PureView lyckades ändå lämna ett skapligt intryck. Det högkvalitativa och IP67-certifierade aluminiumhöljet är värdigt en flaggskeppstelefon och tack vare Android One är uppdateringar för både funktioner och säkerhet garanterade under de kommande åren. Dessutom erbjuder LTE Cat. 16-modemet snabb mobil kommunikation. Telefonen har också ett bra och exakt GPS-modem, en riktigt ljusstark OLED-skärm och allmänt hög systemprestanda.
Men trots detta är listan över nackdelar helt enkelt för lång för en flaggskeppstelefon. Även om bristen på en 3.5 mm ljudanslutning kan hanteras med den medföljande USB C-adaptern så är andra problem svårare att svälja, som den tjurskalliga fingeravtrycksläsaren som ibland misslyckades helt med att känna igen våra fingrar och den jämförelsevis korta batteritiden.
