Latitude 7390 2-i-1 är en välbyggd, robust och attraktiv maskin med väldigt bra inmatningsenheter och allmänt snabb systemprestanda. Den kommer också med utmärkta anslutningsmöjligheter, är lätt att underhålla och har ett fotavtryck som är mindre än genomsnittet för sin klass. Särskilt imponerande är alternativet för duallagring, vilket möjliggörs av den lediga WWAN-platsen, som också kan inhysa en M.2/NVMe 2230 SSD. Men även om CPU-prestandan är ganska mycket snabbare än jämförbara maskiner från den tidigare generationen så ser vi få saker som rättfärdigar Core i7-konfigurationen som vi har fått som recensionsex. Istället skulle vi, om det inte bara är enkeltrådade applikationer som står på agendan, rekommendera att köra på en billigare Core i5-konfiguration istället.
Latitude 7390 2-i-1 är en välbyggd, robust och attraktiv maskin med väldigt bra inmatningsenheter och allmänt snabb systemprestanda. Men den har ett antal nackdelar och det är verkligen inte en liten investering — så innan du dyker in rekommenderar vi verkligen att du spanar runt lite.
Vidare så hålls 7390 2-i-1 tillbaka av ett antal frågetecken. Det finns bara blanka tryckkänsliga skärmar tillgängliga för konfiguration och ingen av dom är särskilt imponerande när det kommer till färgtäckning — åtminstone inte jämfört med ledarna i denna kategori såsom ThinkPad X1 Carbon. NVMe SSD-enheten vi fick i vår enhet kunde knappast hålla jämna steg med toppskiktsenheter såsom Samsungs motsvarigheter. Maskinen är ganska tung för sin storlek och på grund av dess tjockare och jämförelsevis tunga skärmlock så känns den inte riktigt så stabil i knät som vi hade önskat. Till sist finns alltid frågan om huruvida dom flesta i en företagsmiljö verkligen behöver dom omvandlingsbara funktionerna som erbjuds av dessa Yoga-aktiga maskiner. Dell har redan ett fullt kapabelt och extremt välbalanserat alternativ i sin konventionella Latitude 7380 (och även om vi ännu inte recenserat den, troligen också 7390) — och den kan utrustas med en reflektionsbeständig skärm, är lättare och känns totalt sett mer stabil när den står på något.
Andra maskiner som är värda att överväga (utöver dom konventionella Latitude 7380/7390) är den utomordentliga ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2018 och Asus Zenbook 13 UX331UA. För ca 17 000 kronor (som konfigurerad här) är Latitude 7390 2-i-1 verkligen inte en liten investering — så innan du dyker in rekommenderar vi verkligen att du spanar runt lite.
