En del av Samsungs smartphone-filosofi är att kunna erbjuda varje användare en enhet som passar helt rätt. Detta gäller även Galaxy S21-serien.
Galaxy S21 är till för den största gruppen av Galaxy S-fans. Det är den billigaste enheten i Galaxy S21-serien men har med ett fåtal undantag nästan samma funktioner som sina dyrare motsvarigheter, Galaxy S21 och Galaxy S21 Ultra. Den är dessutom precis lika snabb eftersom alla använder samma SoC, en Exynos 2100.
Jämfört med Galaxy S20 har Samsung tagit bort några funktioner från den minsta av sina flaggskeppstelefoner, men de har också lagt till en del saker. Detta inkluderar en fräsch ny design som gör att Galaxy S21 känns mycket modernare. En ny Exynos SoC och en ljusstark AMOLED-skärm är också klara pluspoäng.
Samsung Galaxy S21 har utmärkt prestanda till ett rimligt pris. Men det är bara några få saker som har ändrats jämfört med dess föregångare, Galaxy S20.
Plastbaksidan kan räknas som en brist, även om den varken ser ut eller känns som plast. Däremot får telefonen klara minuspoäng för att den saknar ljudanslutning och microSD-plats. Batteritiden är heller inte särskilt imponerande.
Totalt sett är ändringarna jämfört med Galaxy S20 ganska små. Äger man redan föregångaren behöver man egentligen inte uppgradera till Galaxy S21. Är man ny är den däremot värd att skaffa och då får man en kraftfull toppskiktstelefon till ett relativt lågt pris.
