AMD Radeon RX 7600 desktop GPU-recension: RDNA3 vs. Ada Lovelace i nybörjarsegmentet
Efter en lång väntan finns äntligen ett instegsalternativ tillgängligt i AMD:s nuvarande RDNA 3-serie. Radeon RX 7600 är det lägsta kortet i serien just nu och riktar sig till dem som vill spela i 1080p. GPU:n har ett Navi 33-chip med 2 048 shader-enheter. Detta är en liten förbättring jämfört med dess direkta föregångare (Radeon RX 6600), även om mängden VRAM förblir densamma på 8 GB. Med detta sagt körs videominnet med en mycket högre hastighet, vilket resulterar i en högre minnesbandbredd.
För denna recension kommer vi att använda XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition. Denna modell är utrustad med en enorm trippel-slot kylare och kräver därför en hel del utrymme. Kortet är också ganska långt med sina 27,4 cm (10,8 in). Generellt sett hjälper en stor kylare till att hålla ljudnivån låg när en GPU är under belastning. Vi kan säga så mycket redan nu: med Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition har XFX lanserat ett bra grafikkort som inte drar uppmärksamhet till sig själv genom högt fläktljud. Kortet erbjuder inga speciella höjdpunkter när det gäller estetik. Höljet är tillverkat av plast, men baksidan är utrustad med en robust bakplatta av metall. Bakplattan används dock inte för att kyla grafikkortet.
Den nya instegsmodellen drar också nytta av de förbättringar som RDNA 3-arkitekturen ger. Du kan förvänta dig att få något högre ray tracing-prestanda, även om den här funktionen i slutändan bara ger en verklig fördel i avancerade modeller. RX 7600 har också en något högre strömförbrukning än Radeon RX 6600 (från 132 watt till nuvarande 165 watt). Ändå är en 8-polig kontakt tillräcklig för att driva GPU: n. Det finns tre DisplayPort 2.1-uttag och en HDMI 2.1-port ombord. AMD har ett försprång gentemot konkurrenterna på den här punkten; Nvidia och Intel erbjuder endast DisplayPort 1.4a respektive DisplayPort 2.0 på sina GPU:er.

XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition är ett partnerkort som skiljer sig från AMD:s referensmodell när det gäller både estetik och specifikationer. På grund av GPU: ns större kylare kan XFX öka klockhastigheterna med ungefär 100 MHz, vilket driver den maximala boostklockan till inte lägre än 2 754 MHz. Spelprestanda
När vi tittar på tabellen med alla testade spel kan vi se att XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition inte har några problem med att köra de flesta av dem i Full HD. Prestanda för strålspårning

Eftersom vår granskningsenhet levereras med ett fläktstoppläge är den helt tyst vid tomgång. Enligt våra mätningar nådde kortet 29,6 dB(A) under genomsnittlig belastning och 39,4 dB(A) vid full belastning. Detta innebär att XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition är lite tystare än sina konkurrenter, men MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Gaming X Trio 8G är fortfarande oslagbar i denna avdelning. Temperaturer och effektbehov
XFX har utrustat Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition med en rejäl kylare som använder tre 80 mm axialfläktar för att avleda värme på ett tillförlitligt sätt. Tack vare GPU:ns märkeffekt på endast 165 watt hade kylaren inga problem med att hålla grafikkortet inom det definierade temperaturområdet utan att göra ett ljud. HWiNFO64 rapporterade en GPU-hotspot-temperatur på bara 79°C (174°F) under stresstestet. VRAM blev något varmare vid 82°C (180°F) under samma belastning. Trots detta var komponenterna på kortet inte i närheten av sina termiska gränser.
Vi kan inte utnämna AMD till kungen av energieffektivitet för deras RDNA 3 GPU:er på instegsnivå. Baserat på våra mätningar förbrukade testriggen 346 watt under spel och 333 watt när vi körde FurMark-stresstestet. Den marginellt snabbare KFA2 GeForce RTX 4060 Ti EX är mycket mer effektiv i jämförelse. XFX rekommenderar att man använder ett 550-watts nätaggregat med Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition.

XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition gav oss en titt på den nya Radeon RX 7000-seriens GPU från AMD. XFX-kortet avviker något från referensmodellen genom att ha marginellt högre klockfrekvenser. XFX valde även att implementera sin egen design när det kommer till kortets utseende och kylare. Designen fungerade bra för dem: grafikkortet är alltid relativt tyst och till och med helt tyst i 2D-applikationer. Den biffiga kylaren har inga problem att ta bort den genererade värmen och hålla GPU: n fin och sval även under belastning.
XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition erbjuder anständig prestanda till ett rimligt pris.
Under vår granskning kunde XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition hantera de spel vi testade. Marknadsförd som ett 1080p-kort lämnade granskningsmodellen ett solid intryck. Det är dock viktigt att komma ihåg att GPU: n kämpar för att köra de senaste spelen med 60 FPS när grafikinställningarna är maximerade. Att skruva ner dessa inställningar bör lindra detta problem, men det kommer att bli mer och mer av ett problem inom en snar framtid. AMD kommer snart att släppa ytterligare en mellanklass-GPU i form av Radeon RX 7700 XT, som är inställd på att gå head-to-head med Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti.
Om du är på jakt efter en ny grafikaccelerator just nu är det också ett säkert kort att skaffa ett RX 6000-seriekort. Sapphire Radeon RX 6700 är en något snabbare GPU med 10 GB VRAM, men det kostar också 30 euro (33 USD) mer än ett XFX Speedster QICK 308 Radeon RX 7600 Black Edition, som nu finns tillgängligt med priser från 279 euro (303 USD).
